Problem when output for FX DocuCentre printers

Hello

I met a problem when I tried to setup FX DocuCentre printers (with models below) on print server and SAP system.

• FX DocuCentre-V 4070
• FX DocuCentre-V 2060
• FX DocuCentre-V C2265
• FX DocuCentre-IV 3060
• FX DocuCentre-V C3373

The printers were installed on print server successfully and ok with test pages. And in SAP, I used device type 'SWINCFC' and access method 'S'.

But when I tried to output from SAP, I got an error message on the printer as below

Is there anybody met the same problem?
