Merge different Adobe form

Dear All,

We have multiple output types in a document which trigger different adobe forms with different layouts.

We have a portal where we want to Show all these forms in single PDF file by merging all the forms( for diff out put types ) in one pdf file.

Portal can call driver program behind each output type which send Binary data ( fpformoutput-pdf converted to binary using SCMS_XSTRING_TO_BINARY).

It works fine if we have only one output type ( one form ) but if we append all form into single table of binary data then it do not work.

Is there a way to create single PDF file.
