rfc RSPO_SXOMS_I_PUSH_ROMS_LOMS creates read only LOMS and ROMS

I am trying to create LOMS and ROMS using rfc.

I used rfc RSPO_SXOMS_I_PUSH_ROMS_LOMS for the purpose.

It created both the ROMS and LOMS in one operation, but my input parameters were partially ignored:

- the name of the ROMS was forced to NWROMS (whereas I chose something else) and its initialization instance is forced to NWOMSSRV

- the name of the LOMS was forced to NWLOMS (whereas I chose something else e.g. BCLOM2) and both its tasking target and callback target are forced to NWOMSSRV

I cant find information on the rfc either on SAP resources such as notes and help.
