Extra line breaks issue in Workflow task description email sending

Hi,

We have a workflow and there is one custom task for approval decision. The task description is customized as below . The idea for yellow boxed lines is to print in each line.

We are sending the emails to the approver using the program RSWUWFML2 . When we are sending the emails , by default in the outlook the lines are printing continuously instead of breaking new line as below. The email format TXT

But when I right click on the above information message and click on restore line breaks the lines are appearing correctly as below.

Could you please any body help me that how can we get line breaks with in SAP instead of changing the settings in outlook?
