Output Type Routine - Change document read

Hello

I have a requirement to restrict output trigger during purchase order change based on few fields. In case if other fields are changed than output should be triggered during PO change.

I want to restrict this in the output routine. Is it possible to read the change documents of PO from memory in the output routine.

As per OSS Note 28869, any changes in the PO will trigger the output in the PO.
