Smartforms is not printing in Printer

Hi,

    I have created a smartform with custom page, and we assigned a printer in SPAD transaction and Device types also, now i'm printing the smartform in a printer it's goes to Printer queue but not printing, but print preview working properly as well spool request also.

I'm using "Citizen CL-S621" printer, SAP Script handling is "Zebra Programming Lang 2", need a help to resolve.
