Deactivating Output Type for VF03

Hi ,

I have this peculiar requirement for supressing one of the output type RD00 for VF03 transaction.Although I am doing this with VOFM transaction by creating

Output Control Routine for the same but  I am not able to do the same.If anybody can throw some light on creation of Output Control would be helpful for me.
