XML Parsing error

In TCODE EFRM I have a collection with one smartform and two adobe forms.   I get the following error when I'm attempting to read the last Adobe form in my collection.

Does anyone know what would cause this error?

Error calling ADS: ADS: com.adobe.ProcessingException: com.adobe.ProcessingException: 0 : InvalidDataException: Xml parsing error: not well-formed (invalid token) (error code 4), line 1, column 4658 of file(200.101).
