In SM21 getting SPOOL FULL meanwhile the short dump SPOOL_INTERNAL_ERROR happens.
Spool overflow always means that you reached the maximum NUMBERS of
spool requests. As a perequesite you can increase this interval, see
note 48284 for details.
Please check if increasing the spool number range in client 000 as
described in the following Note resolves this problem:
48284 - System can no longer create spool requests
1. Log on to the system in client 000 and call transaction:
SNRO -> Change -> Click on button 'Number Ranges'
-> Click on button Change 'Intervals'
2. In the "To No." column, change the upper limit of the interval
SPO_NUM to 999,999.
The value in other clients does not matter. Only the value in client
000 is used.
Please also ensure the spool deletion and consistency jobs(reports
RSPO1041 and RSPO1043) are running daily as per Note #48400 to delete
old spools.
