Print Dialog box issue When trying to set number of copies for print

Hi Experts,

I am facing a strange issue which i never faced. The problem is, For particular output types (Lets assume ZRD3 &ZRD9), the no of copies to be printed is 4 but instead of having a single print dialog box with no. of copies = 4, the user is getting 4 print dialog boxes with no. of copies = 1.  So I am even confused where the problem is started. Highly appreciated if you give some ideas to solve this. Many thanks in advance.
