Some Users doesn't get there output after printing

Dear Experts.

all of our printers are configured as follows:

Device type : zarswin : arabic swin saplpd 6.23+

device class : standerd printer

access method,

host spool access method : F:printing on front end

host printer : \\pc name of the printer\printer name

now some users on the network with other  pc's execute printing order but they doesn't get there output printed and they doesn't get any errors

but only those who print from the computer where the printer is connected to can print with the same access method and not __default.

this happens only with some pc's not all . but whats common is that all of them are using windows 8.1 we never got this error with windows 7

also our GUI is 7.30 patch 10
