Were on Basis support pack SAPKB6402, release 640, a Unicode system.
We can view a spool using SP01 and can see the Russian Invoice clearly. However, when we convert the spool to a PDF file using program RSTXPDFT4 we get valid PDF file created with no errors, but, upon viewing we find that ALL the Russian characters are replaced with Square characters with X's on them. We're viewing these using the latest version of Adobe PDF viewer 9.1.
I have checked OSS, searching on RSTXPDFT4 but can find nothing that describes our particular problem.
Has anyone had a problem similat to this or might know the solution?.
