Hi experts,
In my client end, they are sending the sales order printout as pdf to the customer while printing the same based on the output type parameters. The output type whatever they are using is configured as "External send". Now they want to send the mail whenever the order got changed.
That is they don't want to print the order each and every time to send mails to the customer. If any amendments happen in the sales order the mail should be triggered while saving the order.
Can anybody suggest me the solution in standard itself with out any ABAP development ?
