We have made a adobe form on letter format and its working fine.However when tried to trigger output for A4 size paper its not working.
Can some one please help me with this,its not that I can change the paper size in my form from letter size to A4.
I want the adobeform to be in letter format but I should be able to take the printout in A4 also along with letter format.

We try to print a pdf document to Datamax DMX W-6308 printer by using SAPPDFPRINT.
After upgrade the sapgui to 7.30 we have problem with it. We have installed SAPGUI 7.30, SAPPDFPRINT 7.30 and SAPSPRINT 7.30 again. We use G acces type.
We can see the result in SP01 as OK. If we try to print the document from SP01, its OK too. But we cannot print it by using print immediate option.
We have applied the notes ,
1444342 - Device type-independent printing of ADS forms
685571 - Printing SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe,
1672781 - Additional functions for ADS printing, and also
1712549 - ADS print to color printer does not work
But the result is still same.
Could you please advise us about the issue?

I am developing print form using Adobe.
my form is working perfectly as per the requiement excet one issue. In my print form I dont want to display the 0.00 value instead it shuld be display as plak. If any values is that in the cell then only it should display the value.
I saw few threads in SDN before posting this question.
Some one suggested that we need to change the filed to text fiel and write java.script to get this.
I followd tha same but did not get the requried result.
I want my output to look like.

Hi,
Their are only 2 windows on my Smartform - MAIN Window and FOOTER Window.
I have a requirement where I need to display the FOOTER window only on the last page after the MAIN Window. But all other pages except the last page should not contain the FOOTER Window.
Now the size of the the MAIN Window should be like it should cover full page on all pages except the Last page. And on Last Page the size of the MAIN Window should be reduced so that it also accommodate the FOOTER Window on Last Page.
I do not know how to reduce the size of the Main Window dynamically only on Last page.
I have tried to use the logic of firing the new Page using the COMMAND node but the problems I have faced here is:
1.) I am not able to determine which is second Last page as the Last Page is determined by SAP only after it writes all the data in the form. In fact SAP itself does not know which is the last page until it writes all the data. So at runtime I am unable to determine the second last page.
2.) Smartform fires the New page as soon as it encounters the COMMAND node. But my requirement is that the New PAge should only be fired after the Processing of the second last page finishes.
If someone has done this earlier, Please tell me how to achieve this.

Is it possible, for example, print 3 copies of every page but only 1 of the last page?

I want to download an barcode bitmap into a .BMP file.
I have created a barcode in transaction /nse73 (new technology, independed of printer) .
I use the external procedure(renderbarcode) from modul pool SAPMSSCO to render the barcode.
This procedure provides the barcode in a bitmap like this

I want to convert and download this as an bitmap (.BMP). Do anyone know what to do with this internal bitmap to bring it in the right form ? Or do you have another idea to bring the barcode into an image format?
There is also a possibility to test the standard system barcode in transaction se73. The barcode bitmap will be converted there into the OTF format and then it will be displayed (PREVIEW) in a SMARFORM. I don't want the barcode in SMARTFORM but as a binary file like '.BMP' or with other image extensions (JPEG, TIFF,...) !

I've translated a SAP SCRIPT (production order - CO02/CO03) from Italian to Serbian using SE76.
I need to print in IT (italian) or in SH (serbian) depending on the WERKS of the production order (1100 -> IT, 2000 -> SH). I can't use system language 'cause users may log on in IT, SH or EN depending on what they prefers.
I read in other discussions about the FM OPEN_FORM; at the moment i have this setup:

We are printing checks using SAPscript in which we specify TRY02 for the overflow/invoice detail pages of a check and TRY03 for the check itself, this is in order to use check stock only for actual checks and plain paper for the invoice detail pages. As indicated above the device type to which we are printing is ZTROYMIC. The device type was downloaded from note 94233, and is printing the MICR characters successfully however there was no Control Character Sequence provided for TRY03 in SPAD print controls. The tray selection is not working correctly, I was given the following escape sequence, escape character & l 5 H, for TRY03 by TROY but not sure how to implement this in SPAD. Should we pose this question directly to SAP? Is tray selection supported for this device type? If not how can we direct pages to correct tray otherwise?

We have a growing number of correspondences sitting in DFKKCOH correspondence container table that we cannot and don’t want to print. We’ve been excluding them in our daily FPCOPARA run but we soon get to the limit of how many entries can be added for exclusion and we want to mark these records as printed so that future runs will not pick them up for processing. Can you suggest a way to accomplish this?
In case we don’t find any other way, we could develop an abap to “manually” record print date/run date/run id to mimic how FPCOPARA updates the DFKKCOH table for successfully printed entries. What standard FM should be used for this update?

I need to insert a full A4 Background(with logo, watermark and details) in my sapscript form, the thing is my image is overlapping SAPSCRIPT Box's and MAIN WINDOW text. Here is an example:

As u can see the Gray Box's disapeared aswell any text it would appear on main window. I know that instead of inserting the full A4 background, the solution would be inserting each element manually and the watermark with 2xMainWindow trick but that would be too much work since i have to modify near 50 forms.
Any help or tip would be great!

We have a custom print program for PO's.
Also the sapscript form has been customized.
It contains however window 'consgnee' and element 'HEADER_DELADDRESS' like original(medruck).
I have setup a strage location with a specific address.
While trying to print a PO with this storage location at line level, PO shows the correct address in tab delivery address.
When calling PO-Preview it will show a blank window 'consgnee'-
I have been looking into almost every forum and didn't get an answer on this,

I am having a problem with an error message in a SmartForm. I have tracked the error down to the following function call:

It is returning with a value, in sy-subrc, of 1. This function call is after an included text is displayed. I have the checkbox "No error if no text exists" checked so I am not sure why I am getting an error. The error message is as follows:
Field ULINE does not exist in form.
I am not using ULINE at all in the form (as the error message states) but I don't understand why/where it is looking for ULINE.

I promise to give credit to anyone who can help me here. I've read more than 25 threads, wikis, etc. on this and can't find the solution.
In this case, I'm trying to print Vietnamese characters to a printer. I've printed a sample directly to the printer from a UTF-8 Notepad with Consolas font, so if the printer can do that, then I'm certain it has the necessary fonts installed. This particular printer is an HP LaserJet 5000 model.
I have made a copy of our SAPScript form to a test copy with multiple lines of the same text, but with different Character Formats using the following fonts: A_SIMP, TWSONG, COURIER, TIMES, HELVE, and ZARIAL. Only the first three display the correct text in the Print Preview, but none of them actually print correctly.
I'm using the Device Type recommended by the wizard (in 7.31 Level 3, Kernel 720) which is HPUTF8 (i.e. "HP LaserJet UTF-8 1.1"). This Device Type uses Character Sets 4110 ("Unicode UTF-8") and 4210 ("UTF-8 for PCL Printers").
No matter what I do, I can't get the characters to print correctly. I've tried at least 30 or 40 variations. Please help!

We need to send the Purchase Order copy as PDF to multiple mail Ids (the vendor, the PO creator and the PR creator) in the same mail.
We have managed to trigger 3 different mails containing the PDF to 3 mail Ids.
How can the PDF be sent to all "3 IDs in a single mail" so that all 3 can see to whom all the mail is sent to.

I have made changes in a sapscript, it is working fine in development, but not working in quality/
Paragraph formats are same in both environments.
Error comes after &PAGE& of &SAPSCRIPT-FORMPAGES(C4)&. please see screen shot 1. it doesn't display value it shows value as ' . ' for all characters.
The same taken PRINTOUT shows proper output.
