I have to fetch the spool id from a smartform for which i have passed job_output_info as an import parameter in the function module of smartform. But after executing the smartform and debugging it, its value is coming as empty ie no value. Can you please tell me what i have to do now regarding it???

I have configured to create invoice output type to print and archive as default but I want to do further checking that if net amount is zero, I do not want to print but to archive only. Therefore I want to change this output type say ZPA1 (storage mode = Print & Archive) to ZNPA (No Print, Archive only)
because my print program have logic to handle ZNPA output types for archive only.
Is it possible during the billing process? I have posted this in ERP Developer center as well.

I have 2 forms for printing PO's. 1st form is printing all our requirements and the next form is printing the summary of the printed forms like number of pages , processed items, Current date/time etc..
In the Summary form (2nd form) i am displaying the total pages printed, (some PO's having more than one page of line items), i am not able to calculate the additional pages printed int the first form.
Please guide any one.

We have a requirement to send the spool output of some background jobs in the body of the e-mail, rather as an attachment. In scot, I manipulated the settings such that the attachment can come as html or as text, but whatever I do, it always comes as an attachment. How can I get the spool to display in the main body of the e-mail rather than as an attachment?

I got an issue while printing address with adrnr. previously my form was script and in script they have used address and end address to print the address there was no blank lines in output but if i am using adrnr in adobeform and printing the address then there is blank line getting printed in all address boxes.
Please share your views on this.

my first question is, this default print options seems to be coming from my output record as for print immediately option. where does Recipient come from?
my second question is, is it possible that I make the "print immediately" option default by user own settings in SU3?

I am displaying notification numbers in the ALV format. when the user selects few of the notification numbers and click on display button it should display the notification details using smartform.
I have to trigger a new page for every notification number.
I had problem in numbering the smartform pages.
For example if the user selects 3 notification numbers say 1st one takes 3 pages, second one takes one page and third one takes 2 pages then i have number the pages as below.
1st notif:1of 3,2 of 3,3 of 3.
2nd notif:1 of 1.
3rd notif:1 of 2,2 of 2.
Please give me some suggestion.

Hi experts.,
I'm working on a simple smartform to display material no a barcode for material no and material dscription .
Two days back when I tested the form,it worked fine.However today when I print the form,all the texts are getting inverted(rotated by 90 degree angle).
The printer settings are unchanged and also all other forms which were created using sapscripty print fine on the same printer.
I created another sample smartform with new smartstyle but that also showed the same output.
I tried changing the format of the smartform but that didnt help.
Can anyone throw some light on what could be the issue or direct me to a possible fix?

I've seen several threads explaining how to rotate the text for an entire label but I need to rotate only 2 of 12 windows on my Zebra label output.
When I use the ^FWR command it changes the rotation for the entire label, not just one window. Has anyone created a Zebra label through Smartforms that prints both horizontal and vertical text? See below for an example.

When pprinting the Job ticket from a worksorder in IW32
If a PRT document (in this case a PDF on DMS) is linked to an operation, i want to include the contents of that PDF (graphics, text, etc) in the printing of the job ticket in line with the job ticket. So, in one spool this must happen:

I have an issue for printing smartforms.
If my PO form can have more than 1 page, (2 or more) i need to be printed the first page on Tray 02 and second and other pages on Tray 03.
Already i have configured OUTPUT OPTION & Resource name also. but its printing on same tray.
Please guide me any other settings needs to be done reagarding this?

We're having trouble printing barcode from SAP Script using this tcode: S_ALR_87010137
We're using Zebra Printer model Z4M.
The configuration is as follow:
Device Type: LB_ZEB: Zebra label printer IBM850.
Access Method: S: Print Using SAP Protocol.
Page Format: ZLABEL (custom).
I've tried print using normal text and barcode. The status in SP01 is 'compl', but no print out result in the printer device.
I've seen SAP generated a spool in the OS Spool for about 3 seconds, and after that I see the Spool is in status "deleting" and disappear, without result.

I am new to adobe forms, and I have this requirement from my user which is to merge the mutiple pages of adobe forms...Currently we are printing Invoice summary for Japan in transaction ISJP_PR the frequency of printing is every month and the volume is quite high its like 300+ per printing. Is there any function like 'RSTXPDF4' for adobe forms?
