Menu exit implimentation problem in se38

Hi expert

I have got the menu exit name .

In my knowledge this enhancement  have two part

->Menu exit(To add menu text)

->Function Exit(To add the logic after the clicking this menu what will happen)

I have added menu text through Menu exit .

For applying the functionality ,I did double click ,then it went to function module 'EXIT_SAPLWBABAP_010' .It has a include program strating with ZX...

Now i am trying to create this but it shows error .

 

"Program names ZX... are reserved for includes of exit function groups"

No number in Barcode picture

Hi everyone,
We use scriptform to print barcode. We get the right result until we update the driver of the printer. Now the

printer driver is "Ricoh Aficio 3045 PCL". Our previous device type (t-code SPAD) is TWSAPWIN, it can't print from

SAP. Then I create another output device and change the device type as HPLJ4000 according sap notes. We can print

from SAP now, but the result is a little different from previous result. Firstly, the font is a little different,

we can accept it; secondly, there's no number in barcode picture(see below), anyone can help me?

PO: Font family not maintained.

Hi,

 

I am printing PO through custom smartform. When I am putting texts lesser than 349 in Header Text->header text, then its printing properly. Whenever the text is more than 340, then error 'Font family  not maintained' is coming and form is not getting printed.

 

Error is coming while writing the 340th line through FM 'SSFCOMP_WRITE_TEXTu2019. Its showing error in include 'LSTXBCFPC', line 1355. Here the value of variable l_pos_new is more than 99999.

Is there any limitation on printing long text or vertical postions in smartform. And where its beiing set.

 

As per the description of the error, i checked in tcode SE73 and found that the font which I am using is maintained there. If it would have not been maintained then text will never be printed.

 

Please help me as this is a crucial problem.

Including Part of spool in another spool (PDF in DMS)

Hi,

 

Is it possible to do the following in ABAP:

 

When pprinting the Job ticket from a worksorder in IW32

 

If a PRT document (in this case a PDF on DMS) is linked to an operation, i want to include the contents of that PDF (graphics, text, etc) in the printing of the job ticket in line with the job ticket.  So, in one spool this must happen:

 

<JOB TICKET SMARTFORM>

 

Operation 0010

 

<Content of PDF>

 

Operation 0020

 

<Content of PDF>

 

.

.

.

 

ENDFORM

 

Does anyone have a suggestion?

Issue with SODIS and email with attachment

Hello all,

 

I am using CL_BCS classes in report to send the PDF output as an attachment to the email ids.

 

I also have a standard disclosure template active in the SODIS with some text paragraphs.

 

When it is active, the BODY of the email which is generated through the programs gets appended in a text (.txt) file and in the email I get this as an additional attachment along with the attachment.

 

If i deactivate the SODI disclosure, then there is only 1 attachment and that is of PDF file . The body prepared from the email program appears on the email body whcih is correct.

 

So it seems, the SODIS is forcing the content of the email to be appended in a .txt file which comes as an attachment in the email and what is strange is this is happening in only 1 system. If i run the same pgm on another system, everything works fine.

 

Does any body have an idea what could be wrong ?

Client-specific invoices

Hi all,

 

Just wondering if it would be possible to create invoices (or whatever document) using smartforms in which the layout is depending on the client?

 

I guess it is possible to create different forms en check the clients in the print program (so hard-coded). Is there any 'clean' approach?

how to quickly convert multiple spool requests to pdf files?

Hello

 

I use ZRSTXPDFT4 transaction to convert each spool request to pdf file (see pictures).


The problem I have is that if I have many spool requests it takes very long time to convert them all to pdf files.

 

Do you know if it’s possible to convert multiple spool requests to pdf-s at the same time (in few short steps).

 

Above transaction can convert only one spool request at the same time.  Then I have to repeat the procedure all over again.

Page count in smartforms

Hi Experts,

 

I have some vendors in ITAB! and line items corresponding to these vendor are in ITAB2.

I have putting loop on ITAB1 and inside it I am putting loop in ITAB2.

 

Now for vendor 1, its page count should be:

 

if line items comes in 2 pages than:

than at the bottom of the page counting should be like.

 

Page 1 of 2

Page 2 of 2

 

Now if vendor 2 exist than again for this vendor say this vendor has 3 pages than.

 

Page 1 of 3

Page 2 of 3

Page 3 of 3.

 

Please help...

Total Pages in Smartforms

Hi,

 

How to get total number of Pages in a Smartform ?

 

I am displaying Customer Statement in Smartform...

 

In Main window I am display one table and in another window (same page, in the bottom) I am displaying values from another table.

 

I want to display certain text below these tables but only in the last page. How to do it ??

 

( I tried SFSY-PAGE =  SFSY_FORMPAGES( and JOBPAGES)  in the conditions but no use )

Page numbers in smartforms

Hi to all

 

I have problem in printing page numbers in smartforms .

Actually  i am using Page &SFSY-PAGE(C)& of &SFSY-jobPAGES(3ZC)&

its printing correct upto 9 pages .

 

 

if pages increase to 10 or above its printing reverse

like  page 1 of 01 actually it should be page 1 of 10.

for 26 its printing 62...

 

please provide me the solution

XML Parsing error

In TCODE EFRM I have a collection with one smartform and two adobe forms.   I get the following error when I'm attempting to read the last Adobe form in my collection.

 

Does anyone know what would cause this error?

 

Error calling ADS: ADS: com.adobe.ProcessingException: com.adobe.ProcessingException: 0 : InvalidDataException: Xml parsing error: not well-formed (invalid token) (error code 4), line 1, column 4658 of file(200.101).

Problem while printing voucher

Hi,

Please tell me the solution........

The problem is...when I print voucher....it is not showing name of customer....not even in print-preview.

for example........if the entry is  ...

Rohan a/c  dr...........100

     To xyz a/c     ............100

 

it is only showing....

 

.........a/c dr.          100

     To xyz a/c........100

 

Could you pls tell me the solution????  Is there any settings for printer???

Send SMS with SAP : Output question

Hello,

 

I have an issue to send SMS with SAP. I use standard SAPConnect and I don’t have any specific development, except for the form (message) of the SMS.

I have done configuration in SCOT. This configuration is as follow: configuration of a SMTP server to send email (060000000000@provider.com) to a SMS provider. That email contains the SMS message. The SMS provider receives this email and sends the SMS. This configuration seems to be good because I can send SMS from SO01 (and I receive it correctly in my mobile).

Now, I want to be able to send SMS via an output, but I don’t have any experience of it.

In NACE, we create an output type “ZSMS” for Purchase Order.

In “processing routines”, for “external send” medium, we don’t know the “program” and “FORM routine” to use. Can you help me please?

 

The objective is to be able to send SMS (we will have specific form for the message of the SMS) with this output. Example: with a purchase order (ME22n), processing the ZSMS output to send an SMS.

in my smartform template draw lines and columns button was disabled which results select pattern button also disabled. now i am unable to change any lines, can any one help me how to enable this button to change.

Smartform - Command Node Issue

Hi Super-Techies,

 

I am facing a strange issue in smartform. When I am using a command node to trigger a page, in the main window 1 table needs to get triggered (but it si not triggering). When I try to print the same table without any command node (i.e. in the same page) its working fine and the table data is being displayed.  

 

 

But when I make use of command node to trigger to new page, All other windows are getting executed except the main window table.

 

Note; I have made use of 2 tables in main window. Normally 1st table should print, once new page is triggered, 2nd table should print and not the 1st one.

 

Can anyone help me out of this strange issue.

Sapscript page numbering

Hi Everyone,

I have been trying to print page numbers on the script in this format.

Page &PAGE& of &SAPSCRIPT-FORMPAGES&

 

When i debus the script, i realize that the field &SAPSCRIPT-FORMPAGES& is picking only 1 page, so on each page i am getting 1 of 1.

 

How do i rectify this.

 

I have 4 pages.

Error in Barcodes EAN-128

Hello, I am new in the forum, and my English as you will observe it is not very fine, but I would like to know if somebody could help me to solve this problem. 

I try to list the barcodes of the EAN128 through the Sapscript and once 

executed the form, the result of the visualization of the barcode not 

he/she resembles in anything the real bars, I write de sentence so: 

 

BC  

 

Where BC has assigned the character BC_EANH that is the codebar that SAP has for this code, I pass the value 1234567 to the BARCODE-01-BC and 

the final result is something like that:

 

&#9608; &#9608; &#9608; &#9608; &#9608; &#9608; &#9608;

 

somebody could tell me where I have de problem.
