Send Invoice as PDF Attachment with variable Filename
Hello!
We got a requirement from one customer. We should send our invoices as PDF-Attachment via E-Mail but the attachment must have a variable filename. At the Moment we can send invoice as PDF-Attachment but only with a fix filename.
How can we change the filename in our Adobe Forms?

Change in output of invoices - VF02
Hello SAP Folks,
Hope you all are doing Good.
Basically I am into FI and here we are facing an issue with billing document print preview/print out.
User has generated two billing documents with same customer (Direct Debit)
One billing document is showing output with Direct Debit Message.
The other billing document is showing output with GIRO Credit Message.
Could you please help me out to identify the root cause of this difference in the output of two invoices.

Download a barcode as bitmap '.BMP' (new technology barcode)
Hi all, I have a problem. ;-}
I want to download an barcode bitmap into a .BMP file.
I have created a barcode in transaction /nse73 (new technology, independed of printer) .
I use the external procedure(renderbarcode) from modul pool SAPMSSCO to render the barcode.
This procedure provides the barcode in a bitmap like this

There is also a possibility to test the standard system barcode in transaction se73. The barcode bitmap will be converted there into the OTF format and then it will be displayed (PREVIEW) in a SMARFORM. I don't want the barcode in SMARTFORM but as a binary file like '.BMP' or with other image extensions (JPEG, TIFF,...) !

Smartforms PDF417 ZEBRA - separators printed no scape sequence considered (zlp ^FH^FD)

Could someone please give us some guidance on how to solve the following issue??
We have a label designed in Smartform and includes a PDF417 that contains a
shipping information to FORD, we are concatenating several fields into a variable including the separators;
we are using zebra printers that support ZLP (zebra 110Xi4, 105SL’s amd 110 Xiiii)
the used device type we are using is YZB300U.
the issue is that when we print the label, in the PDF417 code, the separator characters are printed as text, insted of getting converted

EOT 04 End of Transmission
RS 1E Record Separator
GS 1D Group Separator
Example:

But instead if we scan the printed pdf417 code we get the separators as text like this...

We have tried by adding the barcode to the device type and using a scape sequence using ^FH\
and also we elimitated from the smart form the characters x1 leaving only as \1E , \1D, \04… .
however the scape sequence is not considered when printing therefore we have the same isse...
the hexadecimals are not converted…
Could you please provide someguidance.. is the right driver to use?? what other possible solution could you address??

2D Barcode (PDF417) in Smartforms

I have a Smartforms with 2D-Barcode (PDF417).
I have to use header, field separators and foot into the barcode ( [)>, RS, GS, EOT...).
I define these separators like this:
CONSTANTS: c_head VALUE '\0X5B\0X29\0X3E', " Complience Indicator c_rs VALUE '\0X1E', " Format Trailer Character c_gs VALUE '\0X1D', " Data Field Separator c_eot VALUE '\0X04'. " Message Trailer
and then fill my barcode variable like this:

The problem is, when I scan my barcode I have the \ separator, and I can't delete it...

Record not created in SP01 using PM_ORDER_PRINT_CONTROL
Hi All,
I'm using the FM PM_ORDER_PRINT_CONTROL fm to print the shop papers. There are no errors while executing this fm and finally I'm getting a success message that 'Shop Papers Printed'. But when I see in SP01, no entry is created for the shop paper print.
This is an urgent requirement.

Smartform check-box alignment
Hi All,
I have a Smartform with a check-box
alignment issue. In the template, I created a column for the label, and then another column for the check-box itself. The check-box was created by inserting SAP symbols and selecting SYM_LARGE_SQUARE. I need to get the check-box aligned with the text as much as possible. Any suggestions?

Revert Back to Old version for SAPSCRIPT

Any idea how can i revert back to the old version for SAPSCRIPT?
I accidently overwrite the standard SAPSCRIPT F110_PRENUM_CHCK in source client 100. The original source is 000. I check the verison management and all the old verison are still active, as i haven't activate the overwrited SAPSCRIPT.

Smartform Printing with font size larger than 99,9 points
Hello,
We want to print a Smartform label and we need to have a font size larger thar 99.9 points (this is max vallue as you may know).
We are using ZI9HP4 device type and TAHOMAB font. Printers are OKI MB471w model.
It is described in below note and scn thread that we need to use printcontrols for this issue. But it is not described how?
338628 - Font sizes supported by SAPscript/SmartForms
As attribute value you can enter a value between 0.1 point and 99.9 point (1 point = 1/72 inch) "Font size" both for SAPscript styles/forms and for SmartStyles (styles for SmartForms).
If you need to output a font that is larger than 99.9 point, you can normally achieve this by modifying the print controls. You must have knowledge about the printer control/SAP device types to carry out such a modification.
How to check MAX font size that can be set in a custom smartstyle
99.9 Pt is the largest font size that can be entered into a Sapscript or Smartform style.
The workaround is that you use e.g. 99 pt in the form, but that you enter a printer escape sequence command for the larger font size into the device type.
SE73 -> Printer Fonts -> <Device Type>
The SFxxx print controls contain the command sequesnce to tell the printer to switch to a certain font size. You will need to know the
command for your printer model to tell your printer to switch to this larger font size and theprinter must support the large font size also.
There are SF* print controls defined in our device type ZI9HP4.
Which one is used for enlarging font size more than 99,1?
Can you help about the issue and describe how I can use print controls?

Regarding Smartforms column alignment(In table)

I am using Tables in smartforms, In my PO print out . The tax amount(7th column) alignment is moved to right position. I want adjust that field to little bit left side. I Dont know how to do it in Tables. I gave that amount field in starting position only in text editor. I attached my print screen also for your reference. Please Help me .

Photo from Pa30 into Adobe Forms.
Hello,
We have uploaded the photos of Employees in HR server.
Now in the Adobe Forms, we needs to fetch these photo's and display.
Is it possibe?
I know that through webdynpro , we can pass the photo as Xstring and display in Adobe form.
We want in the Adobe form directly call the photo which is stored in Pa30 & display without using the intermeidate webdynpro.
How this can be acheived?
