Remove Summary Page in check Printing(SAPSCRIPT F110)

Hi Experts!,

                   My requirement is to not allow to print the last page in (Which is used to print check summary)

               vendor check printing Sap script using T code F110.

 

Driver program: RFFOUS_C

FORM :            F110_IN_CHECK.

 

I'm using Z  layout of the above and keeping the same  standard driver program. This for has three pages  and last page is explicitly called from  Driver program to print the check summary.In my requirement, we don't need this page to be printed.  How can I achieve this? My approach and findings are listed below.

 

1. By removing last page from Z Sap script: but we can't remove this page from layout , program gives dump if we remove.

2.This page is getting called from Program RFFORI01, line number 1123. I tried to change the value of the variable hlp_laufk to "*". This change is working. But in this case we have doubt that this change may affect other standard functionality.and also we don't have any place to implement implicit enhancement.

 

Is there any OSS note for this issue or any solutions?

Comparing dates in sapscript code

Hi,

 

  I need to compare a date in the sapscript. The code is in the window of the sapscript. I tried the code below but it doesn't work.

 

IF &P45-PFIRE& GE '20100407' "Value of &P45-PFIRE& is 20090101

" Do something

ELSE.

" Do something

ENDIF.

 

  Any advice please.

First page repeating in Duplex printing

Dear Experts,

 

I created a smartform with 2 pages called FIRST & CERTIFICATE(prints on back side - Duplex). The problem is the first page is printed again with no values at last as I have given next page as FIRST in the field "Next Page" of CERTIFICATE page. I made it blank, it then prints fine but when the line items are more, it prints nothing but error as the CERTIFICATE page is not defined a value for next page. could anyone please provide some suggestion.

SAPScript adjust total number of pages

So far the advice I have is 'forget it', 'convince the client it cannot be done' and 'change to Smartforms'... but I can't really let it rest. In the end it is just a variable that I would like to change, isn't it? Even if it's on an SAP 46C system

 

The issue we are having is that the client requested to insert a 'Terms and Conditions' page as second page in any invoice. However, this T&C page should not be taken into account when counting pages.

 

To get that to work, I can set the 'numbering type' for the page to HOLD. This has the desired effect on displaying the current page, but the total number of pages is still to high by 1. So in the end I have a final page stating it is 3 / 4, resulting in customers everywhere searching archives for an elusive fourth page.

 

I assume that when processing the form, SAP has to increment a counter somewhere to determine this value. When processing is done, it can proceed to print the total value to all pages. What we are printing is &PAGE(C)& / &SAPSCRIPT-FORMPAGES(C)&.

 

Tried the same with JOBPAGES, no difference.

Called a FORM from the T&C page trying to decrease the SAPSCRIPT-FORMPAGES value by 1, no luck so far.

I can't copy the value and print a variable, since the final value is only known after processing.

 

Is there any way of adjusting that value? Thanks in advance!

FINT Interest calculation for one time customers

Hi All,

 

i am executing the FINT transaction to calculate the interest for one timer customers. i am getting the below error message....

"Enter a name and city for one-time account postings" (Message no. F5266)..

 

Normal invocie when we create the cutomer line item, we can give the name and address of the cusotmers... but when we run the FINT, its not pop up any address screen for customer.

 

please help me in this regard.

Issue in PO Print Preview

We are facing an issue during PO Print Preview (using Smart forms for taking PO printout), system showing an error message - Sytem message 042 from work area SSFCOMPOSER does not exist.

 

Please suggest the solution..

Smartform to display in Vendor Language[LFA1-SPRAS]

Hi,

 

I have a smartform in EN language , I have selected the radio button for all language on the global settings page

I have also created translations via SE63 to other language , but the user wants the smartform display not in logon language but the vendor language LFA1-SPRAS , Kindly note that SF is triggered from T-code MR91 hence I cannot control the language parameter . Please advice me some solution.

FM 'ME_PRINT_PO' not creating spool no.

Hi Experts,

 

I have requirement where I need to send PO as a attachment with text message in one single mail. Previously there were two mails being sent out one with attachment and other with text message configured in NACE using Standard Prog. SAPFM06P.

 

Now to achieve this I have created my custom program but the issue is FM  'ME_PRINT_PO' does not create spool (sy-msgv1) which will be used by FM 'CONVERT_OTFSPOOLJOB_2_PDF' to create PDF.

 

All necessary config is in place like in NACE Output type is set with medium 5(external send) and Communication Strategy is CS01.

 

Kindly advice what else I can check.

SPAD identify active printers that are used for the last one year or 6 months

Hello,

 

In SPAD transaction there are nearly 4000+ output devices .how we need to identify the list of active printers that are used for the last 6 months or 1 year?

 

Is there any report that shows the active output devices that are used at least for the last 6 months to 1 year ?

 

we need this list to identify the output devices which are not used and lock them .

 

please let me your suggestions .

Send 1 of many attacments files in PO output message

Hi guys,

 

Lets say got a PO with 2 attachment files one,

I need to send just one of those 2 in a mail (it will be chosen by the attachment title).

Now the output message its sending both files, how can I pick the files in runtime?

Its there any badi or exit I can use?

Unable to print from SAP

Hello All,

 

I have a problem where user complained that he is not able to print from SAP.

 

I have done the consistency check on the printer, but there is no issue as well. There is no error  while printing also.

 

With the help of local IT team , restarted the printer also but then also its not printing.

 

Could you please help me in solving the issue.,

Multiple O/P Records-Billing

Hi All,

 

I've an issue:

 

I've an output type for V3-Billing only.

There are around 8 accesses attached to it.

I maintained condition records for the 3rd access and there are also records maintained for the 7th.

In production, the system determined both and picked up the one maintained for the 7th access.

 

3rd access: condition record with Archive only, this is more specific to customer+ billing type+ sales area

7th: condition record print+archive and this is sales area+billing type only.

 

and, the records for the 3rd access were created before the one for the 7th access

Any pointers, please

Sapscript form with Thai Font gets Truncated in PDF

Hi All,

 

I would like to seek for some experts help on a problem that I've encountered when attaching PDF files in emails. When printed out directly, the thai characters are intact but when converted to PDF (from OTF generated by FM CLOSE_FORM in SAPscript), the characters get truncated as shown in the attached image.

So far I've applied 2 SAP Notes to display the Thai font in Sapscript PDF:

 

-    Note 1822639(PDF conversion in Unicode system)

-   Note 1645944 (PDF conversion: Font change not required)

 

Under Note 1645944, I've activated the settings for FONT_ADJUST_POSS andTH_VISTA_FONTS to ON.

 

 

Hope you could help me or share some of your ideas / experience on the above issue.

SolMan Service Desk: Smartform to include "support team"

Dear SmartForm experts,

 

In SAP Solution Manager, Service Desk, we want to use (as per SAP recommendation) email notification via SmartForms.

 

In the to be created SmartForm we want to include the current "support team". This should appear in the smartform text.

As per the default/template forms CRM_SLFN_ORDER_SERVICE_01, CRM_SLFN_ORDER_SERVICE_02 or CRM_SLFN_ORDER_SERVICE_03 there are many information available, however the "support team" is not amongst any of

these.

 

In the smartform CRM_SLFN_ORDER_SERVICE_03 I see some coding

* determine partner details ....
Perform get_partner_details
using     partner_h orderadm_h-guid
changing  PARTNER_CUSTOMER_WRK
PARTNER_SHIPTO_WRK
GS_BAPIADDR
GS_BAPIADDR_MITABT.

but this is all about customer (Reporter) and ship-to-party. So I guess there are only minor steps required to get also the support team in a similar way.

 

Can you give me any hints how to do this?

Problem with Thai Smartform and PDF Email Attachement

Hi All,

 

I have created a smartform which displays order details in Thai. We are maintaining translation in SE63. While in the preview, the characters are displayed correctly unless we change the setting Goto > PDF Preview.

 

The OTF form of this print is converted into PDF using the function module CONVERT_OTF and sent as mail attachment.

 

Here too we have same issue. The Thai characters in PDF attachment are converted to junk characters looks like square. Can anyone suggest how to overcome this?

 

1. control_par-getotf  = 'X'. nast-nacha = 5. nast-spras = '2'. (TH)

2. I tried all these printers. E.g. composer_param-tdprinter  = 'THPDF'. 'THSWINU'. 'PDFUC'.

3. Used cascading = 'X' while calling FM 'CONVERT_OTF'.

4. Followed the SAP Note: 1822639

5. As per SAP Note: 1817893 I imported font 'Angsana New' so now we can see this font is embedded in PDF.

6. Basis implement SAP Note 1645944 changing FONT_ADJUST_POSS to 'On'.

7. Smartform Style uses 'THANGSAN' font.

8. Researched SDN on this issue.

Problem with frontend print using SAPlpd

Hi SAP Gurus,

 

I can't solve problem with printing using frontend (SAPlpd). In our company we are using frontent print (access method F). All employees print without problem, but I can't print from one notebook (Windows 8.1).

 

Each print finish with status INCORRECT and SAPlpd doesn´t start!

Complete message: Connection closed after (protocol) error (RC=1)

 

I tried:

- reinstall notebook

- few version of SAPGui

- change setting of firewall, try print with turn off firewall

- use old version of SAPlpd

- look in path for log files (print options editor of SAPGui), this folder is empty

- look in path for temporary files (print options editor of SAPGui), this folder is empty

 

I read few discussions, but I can´t find any solution.

 

Any ideas?

PO Print Preview using ME_DISPLAY_PURCHASE_DOCUMENT

Hi,
  In NACE for PO output type, we have custom z program and smart forms for PO printing , which is workings fine , but i want call this print preview from z program ,for this I am using FM 'ME_DISPLAY_PURCHASE_DOCUMENT',

I am  passing PO number and Preview = 'X', this FM is calling the smart forms but all the amount fields are not getting print, remaining everything is coming properly

Is there any other FM or BAPI, by which we can call the ME23N Print preview.

how to call 'Service in objects' GOS attachments in Adobe Forms

Dear Experts,

I have a requirement like In ML81N user creates attachments based on Entry sheet numbers these attachments' I need to call in Adobe Forms based on Entry sheet no. And As per SPRO I got one table which stores DOCID and SAPOBJECT and ARC_DOC_ID in TOA01table but when I am using some class one method is read_links_of_binerals but I unable to get links of the particular attachments so please help on this regard .
