Hi gurus In the Project where i am, theyhave created new Z programs and smartforms, and they have modify in NACE on the standard output types. So now, i dont know which are the real programs and forms. For example, for RD00 (invoice) they are: SAP Standard Program / SmartForm In the case of Printing they are: •Program: RVADIN01 •Form routine: ENTRY •Form: RVINVOICE01 In the case of Smartform they are: •Program: RLB_INVOICE •Form routine: ENTRY •Smartform: LB_BIL_INVOICE. Do you know the others, or where can i find them? I need, BA00, LD00, WE01. Thanks !!

Restricting a line from printing in table control main area at page break: SMARTFORM
Hi,
As shown in the screen shot, I have a line in main area of a table control which will print the text "long text1"
But my requirement is to stop printing the line at page break.
i.e. we need to delete the red marked text for all page.

Communication strategy and Position of communication type in communication
Hi
In all systems I have worked with there has always been only one entry in the list of "communication type in communicaton", and this communication type is INT = E-Mail.
SPRO->SAP neweaver->Application Server->Basis services->Message Control->Determine Communication Strategy.
Can anyone explain the purpose of multiple positions in the list of communication types, and especially the PRT communication type.
Normally we use Medium = Print output (nast-nacha = 1) for print, and Medium = External Send (nast-nacha = 5) for E-Mail, but External Send is actual a link to the Communication Strategy, that again links to the list of communication types.
Now I wonder if it would be possible to put in an other entry as position 2: PRT = Printer.
My goal would be to make the output determination determine INT if the current business partner has an email address, and if no email address exist then it should determine PRT.
I already tried to make this setup, without success.
Can anyone tell me if the External Send option can be used as I want?

SAP printing from Print server 2012 Win32 error code returned by the print server: 2152796175
I am unable to print from SAP using 2012 print server / queue.
i am getting the following error on print server 2012 log.
Data type: RAW. Size of the spool file in bytes: 3555. Number of bytes printed:4. Total number go pages in the document: 0. nUMBER OF PAGES PRINTED: 0. Win32 error code returned by the print server: 2152796175
Event ID: 372
Level: Error
User: PXC\SAPServicePTE
OpCode: Spooler Operation Failed.
I can print ok from SAP using desktop local printer, prints ok from the OS and also prints ok from 2008 print server.
Pls, share you suggestions for resolving this issue.

Is it possible to merge Smart forms and ADOBE forms in one PDF file?
Dear colleagues,
In the SAP ERP system we support there is finctionality where user can see multiple invoice outputs merged in one PDF file. There are different invoice output types for diffrent materials and some of the outputs are using smart forms while others are using ADOBE forms. Currently we have developed a custom code to merge all ADOBE forms in one PDF file or all Smart forms in one file. We are now trying to merge both smart forms and ADOBE forms in one PDF file.
Do you have an idea if this is possible to be done and how to achieve it?
Attached is the code we have developed for this purpose.
We will appreciate your advise.

Duplex printing only works with multiple pages
Hi all output gurus,
I've been struggling to print duplex in SAP. But I have succeeded finally. The purchase order (PO) page setup is as follows:
FIRST > TERMS
TERMS <> NEXT ( <> which means NEXT has successor page TERMS again)
So on the backside of each page the terms and conditions are printed. Awesome! But when I have a PO of only one page; the backside is blank; no terms there.
How can I force SAP to print the terms, at all times?

V/63 output billing condition table
I want to trigger a billing doc to output by sold to or payer/sold to. I can see that my field catalog has KUNAG displayed. But when I go to add a new condition table, I cannot figure out how to pull KUNAG in as a field to use in the condition table. This is for email purposes where depending on what the sold to address is, the correct email address will pull from soldto.

How to upload the file generated from bartender into smartform
Hi Friends,
For printing the labels using bartender which one is best Script or Smartform? I searched in the forum and found different answers. please suggest me.
I have a requirement of printing labels using bartender software and use them in smartform. I am new to use this software. I searched in the forum and found we can design the label in the bartender and, upload the generated file in ITF format in SO10,then create a text in the smartform and use this standard text in smartform to print. But when I upload in ITF format and save the text, it is coming in one line.
Please let me know the process of uploading the file in smartform.
Please send me the sample smartform and the file in bartender(.btw) if you have already worked on this.
Please help me, it is urgent.

Serial Number Label Printing

Delivery Print Preview Message Output Type
Dear All
Message Output Type Status is not changing from "Not Processed" to Successfully Processed".
T-Code: VL01N, VL02N, VL03N
If I am printing a document directly by selecting a Message Type and by pressing Print (Ctrl + P) button , it is working.
But If I am selecting Print Preview Button after selecting Message Type and pressing Print ( Ctrl +P) button from script preview screen, its not working .
Above scenario is applicable to both custom and standard Message Out Types.

Smartforms Error - CURR and QUAN field unknown
Hi everyone.
In smartforms, I encounter this error: "Reference Field &WORKAREA-FIELD1& unknown in form"
I created an ABAP print program with an internal table and successfully passed this to the layout set created in SMARTFORMS. I also declared work areas in the 'global definitions' part. Plus other fields I put to 'text nodes' by drag & drop from the 'field list display' are working fine. Then, the program encounters this error mentioned above. I notice that I encounter these errors when I am dealing with fields that have data type CURR or QUAN.
Has anyone encountered this or suggest a workaround? Advices in form of technical explanations could also be understood and greatly appreciated.
