Hi Guys
I am simply trying to insert a cell in a table in my smartform.
It gives me an error saying table is wider than window. Earlier the table width was 100CH, after my changes it is 130 CH.
How do I increase the window width? The Form has a secondary address window on the top and the rest of the stuff is in the main window.
Help please !!

I'm trying to print a smartform but there is a problem when I try it from the spool(SP01).

I have come across an interesting issue and am not sure how to fix it. I have a SMARTFORM with a table. I pass the table from the application program. Let's say that the table has 3 records. On the print dialog, I select print preview. I see 3 lines in the output. I hit the back button and hit print preview again. I see 6 lines. I hit the back button again and hit print preview, I see 9 lines! What is going on here? Has anyone ever encountered this before? Is there a quick fix?
I set-up the table with the data tab filled with the internal table and a working storage line.
I am reading directly from the table passed from the application (could that be the issue)
I have a counter set-up in the calculations tab before-loop

I have a sap script copied from older version 4.6 to ECC6 . The Existing sap script was for English language only. Now IN ECC6 I have copied that and the headings like Dear Sir/Madam this kind of hard coded texts in the script need to be printed in Chinese language if the vendor country is China.

I have a requirement to generate PDF for customer invoice from SAP, my customer would like to use their own specific font(not SAP standard helvetica/Arial). We created a smart form and generate OTF and convert the OTF to PDF, show the PDF content in PDF viewer. When we do this, all the characters and symbols are showing just fine on PDF, but when we print the PDF, it is showing the square box with the X for Currency symbols (Pound(£), Yen(¥)) and Registered mark symbol (®)).
I need to use cascading device type "SWINCF" to print all unincode characters.
Help me in this regard.

Hi all,
We are using SAP for a year now. I am responsible for all smartforms. My latest challenge was to print the T&C on the backside of one of the pages.
So the invoices (in this case) should be printed single sided, but on the backside of the last page (that was my own choice, no pressure here) there are T&C.
So I had my FIRST page pointing to TC_1 page (not printing but giving me a blank backside). This page points back to page FIRST.
In page FIRST at the end of the main loop, I go to my last page (TC_2), where T&C are printed.
Works very well, no questions there (though every comment is welcome).
But, whenever you just preview the same invoice, you see the blank pages. The same when creating a (local) pdf. It would be nice that in case of preview or (local) pdf everything is single sided. Even T&C do not have to be shown.
Is there any way, preferrable without have to maintain two different smartforms for my invoices?

Hi all output gurus,
I've been struggling to print duplex in SAP. But I have succeeded finally. The purchase order (PO) page setup is as follows:
FIRST > TERMS
TERMS <> NEXT ( <> which means NEXT has successor page TERMS again)
So on the backside of each page the terms and conditions are printed. Awesome! But when I have a PO of only one page; the backside is blank; no terms there.
How can I force SAP to print the terms, at all times?

In the FIRST page my last horizontal line is coming where as in the next page is not coming(stock type column in y below screen).I have maintained both page page main window with same size.

I want to print a 2D-Barcode in Sapscript - its no problem with the new technology of barcodes. But when i place a barcode on the page, it needs extra blank space to the right. Therefore its for me impossible to place a 2D-Barcode on the right edge.

You can see that the word "after" is printed after a lot of free space. Is there any way to reduce this space?

it is a little bit hard to explain what I want, but I will try.
I have a TABLE1 in my smartform in which I loop my IT_TAB1 and I am drawing these data in a table, but if the data record of IT_TAB1 satisfy my condition I want to draw to the next page the data of table IT_TAB2. Is it somehow trigger the drawing of the IT_TAB2 on next page if some of the IT_TAB1 records satisfy my condition?

I have a question concerning the printout of labels (smaller paper size).
The printer is a small one. It prints using a roll of paper in which there is a black mark so that each printout is done on one paper.
However, when the printout is coming out, the page is not being skipped after one printout.
Example :
Label 1 ---> Printed on page 1
Label 2 ---> Printed on the remaining space of page 1 (it should have been printed on the second page of the paper roll)
Anyone has an idea of how can it be done?

I have a Smartform issue.
I defined a simple structure in TYPES.
TYPES: BEGIN OF TY_ZDIP,
VTEXT TYPE KOMVD-VTEXT,
KWERT TYPE KOMVD-KWERT,
END OF TY_ZDIP.
In global data I refer to this type structure.
The smartform works correctly but while compiling I get a warning message 'Field ZDIP-VTEXT has no defined value'.
I tried with default value but it didn't help.
Any suggestions?

Hi All,
I want to know whether label printing is possible through smatrforms. What all will be details present in a label. According to my knowledge a label is a small piece of paper which will be having details, might be barcode details or some other details. Barcode is possible through Smartform.
So if label printing is not possible through smartforms then what of kind of content present in label is not possible through smartforms?

I have issue when we are transporting the project systems standard drill down report variant of other system are got overwritten.
For example We have changed the standard report 12KST1A (S_ALR_87013558) output type and want to transport from one development system to another development system but while transporting variant created in receiver development system are got overwritten.
Please let me know if there is any way to transport the PS drill down report or how to transport PS report.
